Custom Filters Direct is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our custom air filter and MTO operations—someone who can keep production moving, solve problems in real time, and ensure quality standards are met every day.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within the custom air filter and MTO (Made-to-Order) departments. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage people, maintain production flow, and ensure accountability across the team while meeting output and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily production operations on the manufacturing floor
• Drive production output while maintaining quality standards
• Hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and productivity
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and overall efficiency
• Train, coach, and develop production employees
• Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and receiving to ensure smooth material flow
• Support and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment
• Track and communicate production performance and key metrics
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a production supervisor or leadership role required
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or high-volume production environments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems under pressure
• Experience managing workflow, productivity, and performance expectations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in made-to-order (MTO) or custom production environments is a plus
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move throughout the production floor for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, and overseeing operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
