Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Execution: Organizes daily schedules, assigns personnel, and allocates machinery to meet production deadlines for metal products.
- Technical Supervision: Monitors fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to technical drawings, blueprints, and metallurgical standards. Monster for Employers.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Maintains strict quality service by enforcing production standards.
- Equipment Maintenance & Reliability: Ensures machinery (e.g., cutting, bending, welding machines) is operational, arranging repairs, and optimizing performance.
- Staff Leadership: Trains, mentors, and supervises production teams.
- Safety Enforcement: Implements and enforces rigorous safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment, essential in heavy metal manufacturing.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on steel fabrication, structural steel, or metal production.
