Production Supervisor – Metal & Wood Works( Engineering background)

HKZ Interior Decoration LLC is looking for an experienced Metal & Wood Supervisor with an engineering background to supervise workshop production and site installation works for interior fit-out and joinery projects.

The candidate should have practical experience in metal fabrication, wood/joinery works, and interior fit-out execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise metal fabrication and joinery production activities.
• Manage workshop workers and site installation teams.
• Read and understand technical and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and production staff.
• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of work.
• Monitor material usage and daily site/workshop activities.
• Resolve technical and production-related issues.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at site and workshop.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in metal works, joinery, and interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and wood/joinery works.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage daily operations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
