Job Title: Production Supervisor / Production Planner / Factory Coordinator

We are a well-established wood door manufacturing company seeking a suitable candidate for the post.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and installation teams
• Maintain accurate production records and reports using ERP systems
• Optimize manpower, materials, and machinery usage
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working as a Production Supervisor/ Production Planner or Factory Coordinator in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in wood door manufacturing or related joinery industry preferred
• Strong working knowledge of IT systems and ERP software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage production planning and reporting efficiently

Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Wood or Joinery related: 1 year (Preferred)
• good ERP or IT Systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Production Supervision/ Coordination or Planning: 1 year (Preferred)
