Production Supervisor/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee distillate cartridge and pre-roll manufacturing within a licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC). This role ensures efficient production, high-quality output, and full compliance with Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production of vape cartridges and pre-rolls
• Clean and sterilize instruments/equipment and dispose of contaminated supplies.
• Maintain accurate batch records and inventory tracking (e.g. Bitotrack THC)
• Follows/Acknowledges the strictest Federal and State Guidelines and ensures confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively.
• Strives for Excellence.
• Provide a positive example of professionalism and exceptional work ethics throughout the corporation.
• Perform other duties as required to successfully meet department and company goals and objectives.
• Lead and train a team with varying backgrounds and skill sets.
• Responsible for ongoing development training for all employees.
• Possess excellent skills in mathematics.
• Be extremely organized, efficient, and a good manager of time & resources.
• Work on special projects and assignments designated by upper management.

Hiring Requirements

• Must have documented cannabis experience that can be verified.
• Experience with cartridge filling and/or pre-roll production preferred
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required
• Applicants must consent to a criminal background check
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds
• Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have no scheduling restrictions.

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred.

Pay: From $31.25 per hour
