URGENTLY REQUIRED PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST FOR M/s ARABIC COMPUTER SYSTEM SAUDI ARABIA.

Production Support Analyst:

Job Description:

Functional Area and Role : Production support Analyst – Mainframe
Domain : Banking
Technical : Mandatory: MVS, Cobol, JCL, DB2/SQL, CICS, Change management tools
Desirable : Message Broker, MQ
Experience: 4 – 11 years Application support/Development

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and remediate production issue.
• Provide complete support to all application support, DRC and Implementation related activities.

- Fixing production bug
– Following SDLC cycle.

Desired Personal Skill :

- Ability to develop collaborative relationship with business and technical team and communicate to management in clear and concise manner. - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize the task.

• Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill.

Salary : 8000 SR – 12000 SR

Total Exp – 4-11 yrs

Contract : Min 1 Year renewable

Any Asian will be preferred.
