Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Monitor and control production processes, cycle times, and rejections.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth workflow.
• Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
• Maintain accurate records of production reports, downtime, and daily performance metrics.
• Ensure that safety and housekeeping standards are strictly followed.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Train and guide operators and team members to achieve performance and quality goals.
• Support new product development and process trials when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining industry (CNC/VMC/Assembly/Sheet Metal preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality systems.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
