Position Summary
With the direction of the lead, this position is responsible for the assembly of mechanical portion of packaged pumping systems. Ensure our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.
Essential Functions

Reading and understanding assembly drawings and dimensions.

Operate common hand power tools.

Maintenance of stock materials required for layout.

Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.

Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.

Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.

Report any machinery issues to management.

Follow production guidelines and specifications.
-
Operate Forklift within proper safety parameters.
-
Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe.
-
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.

Follow all written and verbal instructions.
-
Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
-
Light welding as needed.
-
Polishing of materials.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
-
2 + years’ experience in a warehouse.
-
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
-
Able to work 8+ hour shifts standing.
-
Flexible schedule and available to work weekends if necessary.

Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Basic computer skills.

Good communication skills.

Willing to work overtime if needed or weekends.

Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines.

Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.

Maintenance, inventory, and forklift experience.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and administer multiple projects and deadlines.

Ability to exercise sound judgment.

Reliable and punctual.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
