Powder-X Coating Systems designs and manufactures industrial powder coating equipment. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy building things, solving problems, and taking pride in quality work.

This is not an assembly line position. Every day is different, and every member of our production team plays an important role in building high-quality equipment for our customers.

What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you will be cross-trained in multiple areas of our manufacturing process, including:

• Assembly of industrial equipment
• Press brake operation
• Material preparation and fabrication
• Powder coating
• Shipping and receiving
• Packaging finished equipment
• Loading and unloading materials
• General shop organization and housekeeping
• Assisting the laser operator and production team as needed

No two days are exactly alike. We are looking for team members to be a master at their role and who enjoy learning new skills and helping wherever needed.

Manufacturing, fabrication, welding, construction, machine shop, industrial maintenance experience is a plus. Our ideal candidate comes with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience operating a Mitsubishi fiber laser
• Experience with CNC laser cutting equipment
• Experience reading mechanical drawings or blueprints

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
