About the Role
The Production Traffic Executive is the central link between creative, production, and account teams—ensuring projects flow smoothly from briefing to delivery. This role focuses on managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the flow of work across creative, production, and client-servicing teams.

Develop, maintain, and update project timelines, status reports, and workflow schedules.

Allocate tasks to the right team members and ensure adequate resources for each project.

Track project progress, flag potential delays, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

Liaise with stakeholders to confirm briefs, approvals, and deliverables.

Support budget tracking by aligning production schedules with cost efficiencies.

Maintain accurate records of project assets, approvals, and final deliverables.

Foster strong communication and collaboration among internal teams.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years’ experience in production traffic, project coordination, or creative operations (agency or in-house).

Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Office/Google Workspace.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
