What you'll do

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair conveyor belts and related components
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization
• Operate tools and equipment safely while following all safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
• Support daily production and shipping schedules as part of a collaborative team
