We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of hand tools safely and effectively to support manufacturing processes
• Move materials and supplies to designated work areas, ensuring proper handling and safety
• Perform welding operations according to specifications and safety standards
• Produce sound, attractive welds that meet quality and durability requirements
• Clean parts and welds to ensure finished products meet quality standards
• Read and interpret shop blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks
• Change welding tips, nozzles, liners, and other components as needed to maintain equipment performance
• Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding, including knowledge of different welding techniques (e.g., MIG)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to welding and manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Job Qualification Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent reading ability

2 years MIG Welding training
