Responsibilities:

Prepare raw ingredients in safe and clean manner. This position reports to Team Leader and Assistant Plant Manager.

Accurately measure, record and mix in ingredients necessary for final product.

Operate process machinery through control panels and other systems

Wrap dough on roller and transfer to racks and line area.

Basic computer understanding.

Job Description:

• Monitor gauging and control devices to verify specific processing conditions and make adjustments to process variables such as ingredients inputs.
• Record batch preparation data including temperature, ingredients, and density
• Communicate with others on production floor on status of ingredients prepared
• Rotate and learn different areas of batch area
• Follow up on any problems and report the need for preventive process with their leader and manager
• Maintain a positive, respectful and open communication process with team members and others
• Assist with production line as necessary
• Assist with general cleanup and organize areas
• Assist with training new crew members
• Other duties may be assigned
• Clean Machines for every recipe changes and before work end.
• Wrapping sheets of dough around pins, wrap to ensure dough does not dry out. Transfer dough to line.
• Record temp. and time on documents
• Keep areas clean

Physical requirement:

• Must be able to work in hot/cold environment
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bending and lifting require following safety lifting techniques.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, interpret and comprehend weights and measurements in English
• Must be able to understand and adhere to work procedures, safety guidelines and policies
• Good learning capacity

License and certification:

Food handler certificate will be provided to take

Required language: English
