COMPENSATION: Start rate at $18.00 – varies with experience

Our Door & Trim division is looking for several new employees (Door Machine Operator, Hardware Leads, Drivers, Door Shop) due to tremendous growth.

Work Location:

· Phoenix, AZ for Shop employees (7th Street & University)

Successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic who is reliable and dependable. Candidate will be a skilled problem solver, well organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties.

Experience/Requirements

· Able to lift heavy objects

· Work independently and make sound decisions

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task

· Communicate clearly and concisely

· Creative problem-solving skills

· Open to evolving tasks and responsibilities

· Willingness to do what needs to be done

· Shop applicants need a reliable way to get to the job site or plant near 7th street and University

· US work authorization required

· Field applicants need 3 years of required experience in residential Door & Trim work
