Epic Dental in Salt Lake City needs you! We’re a multi-million dollar dental products company obsessed with helping people have healthy, happy smiles. Obviously, we need our team to have a SMILING ATTITUDE.

We’re looking to add a superstar to our production team. We package our cavity-crushing gums and mints using automated and semi-automated machinery. That means there’s hands-on work, PLUS running equipment that needs to be kept clean, dialed-in, and humming.

Are you an upbeat person with a can-do attitude? Can your team count on you to show up every day, laugh and joke around, but still put in a full day’s effort?

We’re open 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday and we guarantee you’ll have 40 hours of work every week.

Can you handle a fast-paced environment with different projects every day? Are you okay suiting up to work in our super-hygienic cleanroom where food safety standards really matter and we do things the right way?

Here’s what you’ll actually do:

• Run packaging equipment (after training), including setup checks and basic adjustments
• Build and fill boxes, apply labels, stage finished goods
• Follow checklists exactly (food safety + quality matters here)
• Keep machines clean and operating smoothly
• Do simple counting, verification, and documentation
• Troubleshoot normal issues: jams, misfeeds, label alignment, weird beeps, “why is it doing that?” moments

The key question: when something beeps, jams, or throws an error code, do you get flustered, or do you get curious? If you feel a burst of satisfaction when you catch something off, fix it, and the line runs beautifully again, we should talk.

You up for all that?

We operate a tight ship, so everyone stays busy, busy, busy. This is not a good job for people who are planning to do their homework or surf social media at work, but it’s a fabulous place to work. People seem to like it here.

One more important thing: Machines can be intimidating for some people. If you prefer work where nothing changes, and you can “set it and forget it,” you won’t enjoy this job. But if your nature is to stay calm, think clearly, and to figure things out, you might love it here.
