National Paper Industries Co is a manufacturer of tissue and hygiene paper products used in homes, offices, and commercial facilities across Qatar.

About the Role:

As a Production Worker / Helper, you will support the day-to-day operations of a tissue manufacturing plant producing items like facial tissues, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, and wipes. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving production environment.

What You’ll Do:

Assist machine operators on production lines

Pack and arrange finished tissue products

Label, stack, and prepare goods for dispatch

Supply raw materials to machines

Check products for basic quality issues

Keep work areas clean and organized

Support loading and warehouse activities

Follow shift-based production schedules

What We’re Looking For:

No formal education required (basic literacy preferred)

Ability to work in a factory environment

Physically fit for standing, lifting, and repetitive work

Willingness to work in shifts

Basic understanding of hygiene and safety rules

Previous FMCG or factory experience is an advantage

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
