Production/Factory Supervisor for Joinery

• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience supervising a high-end Interior and Joinery Fit-Out factory.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Joinery AutoCAD drawings, with knowledge of materials and finishes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of material finishes, site finishing requirements, and project and manpower planning.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain and deliver high-quality finishes for all joinery works.
• Capable of making quick decisions and confidently taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
