Products Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel customers on supplements, and healthcare products.
• Provide accurate information regarding dosage, usage, side effects, and precautions.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable healthcare and wellness products.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.
• Maintain proper records and product documentation.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Support sales growth through effective product recommendations.

Requirements:

• Pharmacist or Nutritionist
• Valid Pharmacy Council registration or Nutritionist degree .
• 1–3 years of retail pharmacy or counter counselling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of nutrition products, and healthcare items.
