Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent (Train-to-Consultant Program)
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday (4-day workweek)

Position Overview

We’re looking for experienced or passionate braiders who love what they do, value professionalism, and are ready to grow with an established brand.
You’ll provide top-quality braiding and extension services (Tree Braids, Knotless, Microlinks, and more), while learning business, branding, and client management skills from industry leader C. Ethena Profit — The Original Braid Boss™.

Responsibilities

• Perform braiding and extension services (Tree Braids, Cornrows, Microlinks, etc.)
• Provide scalp care, consultations, and maintenance advice to clients
• Maintain a clean, professional, and friendly work environment
• Assist with salon setup, breakdown, and inventory organization
• Promote and sell Strands of Beauty™ products and memberships
• Participate in training and mentorship sessions during your 6-month program
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards

Qualifications

• Experience with braiding, extensions, or protective styling preferred (Tree Braids training provided)
• Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual
• Passionate about beauty, client care, and learning new techniques
• Ability to work Thursday–Sunday (8-hour shifts)
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation

Bonus if you have:

• Salon, stylist, or cosmetology experience
• Social media or marketing skills
• Desire to grow into an independent consultant or educator
