Position Title: Professional Cleaner

Position Overview

The Professional Cleaner is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining SparkleWave's reputation for exceptional cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning Tasks:
• Perform a variety of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure a streak-free finish.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Specialized Services:
• Carry out deep-cleaning tasks as required, such as carpet cleaning, power washing, or post-construction cleanup.
• Assist with cleaning HVAC systems or other specialized services, when necessary.
• Customer Interaction:
• Provide friendly and professional service to clients during site visits.
• Address any client requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and any specific client requirements.
• Maintenance and Supplies:
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and address cleanliness issues thoroughly.
• Time Management: Efficiently complete tasks within allocated time frames.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Service: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
• Requires travel to job sites within the service area.
• May involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and environments with varying temperatures.
