Residential Home and Office Cleaning Role

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and punctual Cleaner to join our team in the DFW, TX area!

The ideal candidate for this position would have cleaning experience. Have a general knowledge of what a standard cleaning and deep cleaning is. Along with having experience, we are looking for someone with a great attitude, good work ethic, and reliable transportation.

Willingness to be on time and work consistent with the client's schedule is required. You will be representing our company when you're meeting with our clients, so presenting yourself well and following protocol is a must.

Experience is required and hourly / pay rate is based on experience and can increase as you work with the company. Transportation is MANDATORY.

ALL TIPS belong to the cleaner, the better you do, the happier the client, the more you will earn.

Cleaners are REQUIRED to and MUST HAVE their own equipment and cleaning materials including but not limited to:

• Mop / Vacuum
• Duster
• Towels / Rags to wipe down surfaces
• Broom/Sweep
• Cleaning solutions for all surfaces such as hardwood, tile, ect...

Schedules are extremely flexible, you pick your availability and jobs will be assigned accordingly. Perfect for anyone needing a part time or full time position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notify management on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices or policies

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, or janitor
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and people friendly
- Prioritization, punctuality, reliability, and time management skills
- Working quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
- Knowledge of English language

This is a 1099 Contractor Position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
