What You’ll Do

• Perform all aspects of residential cleaning, including recurring maintenance and one-time deep cleaning
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean surfaces to company standards
• Follow safety and equipment protocols
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Report any issues, damages, or supply needs promptly
• Care for company cleaning equipment and supplies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience. Must have experience on resume
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle for daily travel between client homes, and active auto insurance
• Community-minded: Willing to travel within St. Albans area (~30-minute radius)
• Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Physically Able: Able to bend, stoop, lift 20–25 lbs. regularly (occasional lifts up to 35 lbs.), and stand for extended periods
