Job Summary:
The Professional Courses Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of professional and special courses at NITI. This role ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality training programs aligned with market needs and industry standards. By bridging the gap between training operations and strategic development, the coordinator contributes to the department’s agility, quality assurance, and ability to meet evolving industry demands. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about education and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:

Offer technical support and industry-specific coaching and training. Meet with partners to perform an assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for improvement / advancement.

Coordinates and moderates learning events that may include technical assistance sessions, webinars, conferences and community-based events that offer education on child support issues and foster changes in professional knowledge and practices.

Planning and Scheduling of professional & special courses and prepare the required reports.

Assists program leaders by monitoring project activities, identifying changes or risks to work plans, and recommending solutions to challenges.

Arrange in-house training facilities and necessary equipment.

Identify the logistics needed for projects, including space, learning material, learning management system preparation, enrollment or attendance records, preparation with instructors/presenters, and any assessment or evaluation methods.

Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both staff and trainees, to include full compliance with health and safety requirements and regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training and coordination .

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in MS Office and database software
-
Proficiency in MS Office and training software (preferably Excel).

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods is a plus.
Preferred Competencies:

Background in technical or vocational training environments.
-
Acquired training and development certifications from international accredited institute.
-
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is highly advantageous.
