Professional Dog Hiker & Adventure Van Driver (M-F)

About the Role:

Do you love the foothills as much as you love dogs? This is a unique opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts to spend their workdays hiking with a pack of four dogs, driving our custom adventure vans, and getting paid to stay active! We are looking for reliable, high-energy individuals with flexible M-F availability to join our Denver team.

What You’ll Do:

• The Journey: Drive a company van to pick up a group of 4 dogs.
• The Hike: Lead on-leash group hikes of 4–6 miles at a 2–4 mph pace on uneven foothill terrain.
• The Safety: Ensure every dog is handled with expert care, following strict leashing and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to hike 4–6 miles daily, carry a 30lb backpack, and navigate sloping grades in all weather (15°F – 80°F).
• Driving Experience: A valid driver’s license for at least 7 years with a clean record and a commitment to safe driving.
• Dog Expertise: Comfortable handling 4 large dogs at once with a positive, "pack-leader" attitude.
• Professionalism: Highly organized, great communication skills, and tech-savvy (smartphone required for reporting).

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting Pay: $21.50/Hour + Tips
• Performance Bonus: The driver with the best monthly quality score earns $23.81/Hour for the month.
