We’re looking for someone who can commit to weekday midday shifts (Monday–Friday, between 9:30 AM–4 PM), has a reliable vehicle, and is comfortable walking up to three dogs at a time.

Key Details

• Pay: ranging $580-$1500 monthly
• Hours: Monday–Friday, scheduled between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM
• Location: Alexandria, VA — applicants must live in Virginia and within 15 minutes of Old Town Alexandria
• Travel: Must drive to clients’ homes for walks.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to client homes to walk dogs for their scheduled walk
• Walk up to 3 dogs at a time (private households, not pack walks)
• Follow specific client instructions for each dog’s routine, behavior, and needs
• Ensure dogs are safe, under control, and cared for with consistency
• Provide post-walk updates and photos through our app (Must have smart phone)
• Communicate any concerns or scheduling changes with our team

Requirements

• Must live in Virginia, within 15 minutes of Old Town Alexandria
• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Physically capable of walking and handling medium to large dogs
• Comfortable working rain or shine
• Responsible, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Previous dog walking or pet care experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
