Professional Driver / Tour Guide – Tour Transportation

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Professional Driver / Tour Guide to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and skilled driver responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and engaging transportation experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm for sharing local insights, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage time effectively will ensure every tour is memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities

• Safely operate tour vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
• Serve as a knowledgeable guide, sharing interesting facts, historical insights, and local stories to enhance the guest experience
• Manage tour schedules efficiently, ensuring timely pickups, drop-offs, and transitions throughout the day
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle before and after each tour
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests using strong verbal skills in multiple languages if applicable
• Lead by example with positive attitude and professionalism, demonstrating leadership qualities during tours

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required
• Must have PMC license.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to connect with diverse guests
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to teach and inform in an engaging manner
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Effective time management skills to keep tours on schedule without rushing guests
• Outstanding communication skills to interact confidently with diverse audiences
• Leadership qualities that inspire trust and enthusiasm among guests and team members
• Prior experience as a driver or tour guide is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
