Job Title: Professional Engineer, P.E., Civil
Location: Casper, WY (Onsite)

Education And Experience
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Chemical, or Engineering from an accredited university degree program required
- Licensure as professional engineer (PE) required in the state of Montana and/or Wyoming.
- 6-15 years of experience in Civil Engineering
Essential Duties And Functions
- Perform engineering design tasks as assigned by project managers
- Mentor and lead associate engineers in completion of design tasks as assigned by project managers
- Assist project managers in and/or lead project development efforts, including marketing, proposal work, and regular client contact
- Develop engineering design plans
- Develop specifications, cost estimates, and bid packages
- Perform regulatory permitting for projects including State, EPA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other agencies as required
- Lead project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost, and scheduling
- Understand civil engineering concepts and apply those skills to everyday design assignments
- Perform construction administration duties including inspection, daily photos, reviewing contractor pay applications, quality assurance checks, preparation of daily field logs, and other duties as assigned by the project manager
- Assist with field surveying efforts to collect data for design projects and stake construction projects
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D to perform engineering design
- Communicate clearly (verbally and in writing)
- Provide quality control and supervision of design plans, specifications, and any other work done under a professional seal
- Performs all other administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
