Professional Esthetician I Client-Focused Skincare

Position: Licensed Esthetician (Advanced Training Opportunity)
Part-time with potential for full-time

What you’ll do:

• Provide customized facials and skincare treatments based on each client’s needs
• Perform thoughtful consultations and adjust services accordingly
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and long-term treatment plans
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and repeat visits
• Confidently recommend retail products that support client results
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and follow all sanitation standards
• Create a professional, welcoming, and elevated client experience

What we’re looking for:

• Current esthetics license (Idaho required)
• Strong passion for skincare and helping clients feel confident
• Comfortable discussing and recommending products based on client needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Attention to detail and consistency in your work
• A positive, professional attitude in a team environment
• Someone motivated to grow and open to learning more advanced treatments over time

Part-time daily rental and full-time room rental are available, providing you the freedom to manage your own books while working in a professional, results-focused environment.
