We are a small, detail-focused gardening company serving the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Southern Maine, including Portsmouth, North Hampton, Rye, Exeter, and York. Our work centers on thoughtful garden care—seasonal planting, pruning, and maintaining established beds with an eye for balance, plant health, and natural beauty.

Many of the properties we care for are peaceful, well-loved spaces—coastal gardens, tucked-away yards, and homes where the landscape is part of daily life. The work is quiet, physical, and rewarding, often set against ocean air, mature plantings, and thoughtfully designed surroundings. Our clients love and take pride in their homes.

This is not production landscaping. It’s hands-on horticultural work for people who value the experience of being in a garden as much as the outcome.

What Our Work Involves:

• Traditional garden care and maintenance work
• Planting pruning deadheading weeding established beds
• Mulching fertilizing and improving soil conditions
• Seasonal planting and thoughtful garden refreshes
• Selective pruning with attention to plant health
• Maintaining clean edges and defined garden spaces

We’re looking for someone who enjoys the rhythm of garden work and takes pride in doing things well, season after season. If you like working outdoors, being around plants, and contributing to well-kept spaces, this is a place where your work will be paid well, valued, and able to grow over time.

Work is steady through the season, with opportunities to continue and take on greater responsibility as your skills develop.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
