What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Professional, you’ll handle a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects for residential and light commercial clients.

• Complete a wide range of work: carpentry, drywall, doors, tile, and minor plumbing/electrical
• Diagnose problems on-site and come up with practical solutions
• Create and present estimates—and close the work
• Deliver high-quality results while staying efficient and on schedule
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office team
• Document jobs with notes and photos
• Provide a professional experience that keeps customers coming back

What We’re Looking For

This role is for experienced pros who can work independently and represent the brand at a high level.

• 10+ years of experience in construction, handyman work, or related trades (15+ preferred)
• Strong all-around skillset across multiple trades
• Comfortable discussing pricing and selling your own work
• Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
