Professional Handyman Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Professional Handyman Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial properties. This role requires a versatile professional who thrives on problem-solving, possesses a broad skill set, and is committed to maintaining safe, functional, and clean work environments. As a key contributor, experience is preferred in a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repairs including door and window replacement, carpentry projects, plumbing and/or electrical work, etc. We are looking for a proactive team member who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks for both residential and commercial properties
• Install, assemble, or repair fixtures, hardware, and furniture
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces
• Perform carpentry and general construction tasks as needed
• Climb ladders and access elevated areas for inspection and repair
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Flex between different tasks depending on workload and project priorities
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and respectfully with clients

Experience

• Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction work (required)
• Strong multi-trade skills (carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical/plumbing)
• Basic hand tools and ability to safely operate power tools (required)
• Reliable and respectful communication with coworkers and clients
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Professional attitude, integrity, and pride in your work
• Willingness to pass a background check or drug screening

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
