Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Professional Home Remodeling Painter to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Prepare surfaces meticulously by sanding, scraping, plastering, caulking, and repairing drywall or masonry to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply primer, paint, stain, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed project plans to determine scope of work and select appropriate materials and techniques.
• Execute residential painting projects with precision, including interior walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, stucco finishes, and restoration work.
• Perform commercial painting tasks on larger-scale renovation sites while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, or masonry features as needed to complete aesthetic enhancements.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; ensure all safety procedures are followed during construction site activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential and commercial painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Skilled in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools—including airless sprayers—and specialized techniques such as industrial painting or welding when required.
• Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate color schemes that complement their spaces.
• Experience with renovation projects involving plastering, stucco application, restoration work, framing carpentry, masonry, or concrete finishing is highly desirable.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics; familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus.
• Strong handyman skills including fixture installation, maintenance tasks, caulking, caulking removal, and drywall repair.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for long days on construction sites; ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
