Professional Host

Overview:

We are seeking Front of House positions: Hosts to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and offer assistance in making selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area
- Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of banquet or fine dining service is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs
- Proficiency in cash handling and retail math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
