This role requires a keen analytical mindset and the ability to effectively communicate recommendations to other cleaners in the team, ensuring they achieve their on site goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a Grade A Cleaner
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process improvements.
• Provide insights on cleaning technics and development opportunities to enhance team growth.
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of cleaning services.
• Collaborate with us to understand needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Perform research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and inspections that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
