Salt and Citrus Cleaning Co. is a locally owned and operated cleaning company dedicated to delivering exceptional residential and commercial cleaning services. We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team!

Day Time Shift | 8:30 am - 3 pm/5pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and general tidying in residential and commercial spaces in a timely manner.
• Follow assigned cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and thoroughness.
• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
• Travel to client locations in the Jacksonville area (reliable transportation required).
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required - training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check
