We are the leading residential cleaner in the St. Louis County/St Charles County area and we are looking for a reliable, professional residential cleaner to start asap.

• 2+ years of residential cleaning experience. We are growing and need someone who does not need to be micromanaged, is reliable, a great communicator and is accountable.
• You need to have knowledge of what a standard cleaning, a deep cleaning, and a move in/out cleaning are. Along with the experience we are searching for individuals that have a great attitude, and the will to do solid work. We need you to care!
• If you have a criminal record of theft or violence, please do not apply. We do background checks.
• You will be a big representation for our company when meeting with clients so we expect you to complete all tasks to the best of your abilities and to treat all clients and their property with the upmost respect.
• We will not tolerate bad communication, late start times and not putting in your best effort to help us succeed. We pay well so we expect professionalism.
• Transportation and having your own supplies are a MUST. Do not apply if you don't have this.

If you are doing great work you should be making more than $30 an hour, including your tips.

Traits that we look for are someone who is very positive, a good communicator, hard worker and someone who follows company SOP's.

Cleaners are Required to have their own equipment / cleaning solutions such as but not limited to:

- Mop / Vacuum

- Duster

- Towels / Rags to wipe down surfaces

- Broom

- Cleaning solutions for all surfaces such as hardwood, tile, ect..

- Schedules are extremely flexible, you pick your availability and jobs will be assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Getting
• Ensure sanitation standards are met in all areas, including kitchens and bathrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs.
• At times handle laundry and other related tasks as required, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or issues promptly.
