Professional House Cleaner – Flexible Schedule (Orange County)

Job Overview

Easy Clean America is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaners to join our growing team in Orange County.

This is independent contractor work with flexible scheduling, allowing cleaners to choose jobs that fit their availability. We provide residential cleaning opportunities including standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-out services.

Duties

• Perform thorough residential cleanings including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas according to company cleaning checklists
• Complete deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, interior appliances, and detailed scrubbing when required
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction with each service
• Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings on time
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively

Requirements

• Previous residential cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel to homes across Orange County
• Smartphone for communication and job scheduling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism with clients
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the day

Pay & Benefits
