Job Summary
Valley Cleaners (www.valleycleaners.org) is seeking hardworking and reliable house cleaners to join our rapidly expanding and extremely generous team, for our new location radius of Albany & Corvallis!

You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work in the Salem/Albany/Corvallis-area. We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work.

We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans, and we want to make cleaning your only responsibility while we handle the rest.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use.
• Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.
• Execute housekeeping management tasks to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations across multiple locations.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively while completing assigned tasks.

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
