Professional Infant Nanny in Dallas, TX

A sweet Dallas area family is seeking a professional career nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for their one month old son. They would love for someone who brings both heart and professionalism to their work, and who is interested in growing alongside the family long term. As their family expands and their child approaches school age in the coming years, they are committed to building a lasting partnership with the right nanny.

The ideal schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, with Thursday and Friday on a flexible, as needed basis from 10:00am to 1:00pm. A minimum of 30-32 hours per week is guaranteed and communicated in advance. The family travels a few times per year and will always provide the nanny with advance notice. Travel is not required.

The nanny will oversee the full daily affairs of the baby, including bottle preparation, feeding support, bottle cleaning and sanitization, the child's dishes, and baby laundry. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for the baby is an essential part of this role.

Communication and sharing daily updates are key. The parents would love the nanny to keep up with milestones, early childhood development, along with providing age appropriate educational activities to support the baby's growth. This is a nanny only position, as general household cleaning is managed separately.

Ideal Candidate

A minimum of five years of hands on infant experience is required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, and fluency in additional languages is a welcome bonus. A background in early childhood development is also a plus.

The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and genuinely passionate about infant care and child development. The family has one indoor cat.

Requirements

5+ years of in home nanny experience.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.

Adhere to and pass a comprehensive background check.

Reliable transportation and clean driving history.

Professional work and character references.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Compensation

This position offers $20 to $25 per hour, flexible based on experience.
