Duties

• Perform comprehensive lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, weed eating and blowing to maintain lush, healthy lawns.
• Execute landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, mulching, and bed edging to enhance garden aesthetics.
• Supervise and lead crew members during daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently.
• Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal to promote tree health and safety.
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are met.

Skills

• Proven experience in lawn care.
• Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
