Key Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke makeup consultations tailored to each client’s features, preferences, and occasion
• Deliver premium makeup services including bridal, red-carpet, editorial, soft glam, and high-fashion looks
• Create luxury, camera-ready finishes using advanced techniques (HD, airbrush, contouring, color correction)
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with industry regulations
• Recommend and upsell high-end cosmetic and skincare products
• Stay ahead of global beauty trends, runway styles, and emerging techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile and VIP clients
• Collaborate with hairstylists, estheticians, and salon management to ensure a seamless luxury experience
• Assist with exclusive salon events, masterclasses, and promotional campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional makeup artistry experience (luxury salon or high-end clientele preferred)
• Professional certification or diploma in Makeup Artistry or Cosmetology
• Strong, polished portfolio showcasing bridal, editorial, and luxury glam work
• Advanced knowledge of skin preparation, color theory, face structure, and diverse skin tones
• Expertise in premium cosmetic brands and professional-grade products
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and special events
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic
