Professional Marketer / Marketing Engineer

The candidate must have an extensive and well-established network within the Saudi market, especially in the contracting and real estate development sectors.

Job Description:

We are seeking a marketing professional capable of leading the company’s marketing and business development efforts, with a strong presence and active connections in the Saudi market, able to secure new projects and create real business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and expand strong relationships with consultants, developers, clients, governmental and semi-governmental entities.
• Secure new projects and follow up until contract award.
• Prepare and present marketing materials and company profiles to clients.
• Analyze the market, identify opportunities and competitors, and provide periodic reports.
• Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and client engagements.
• Support the Business Development Department in preparing technical and financial proposals.
• Enhance brand awareness and positioning of the company within the Saudi market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing or business development within Saudi Arabia.
• A strong, proven professional network in the contracting, engineering, or real estate development sectors — mandatory requirement.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of modern marketing techniques and project acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and professional communication tools.
• Valid driving license — mandatory.
• Engineering background (Civil / Architectural) is preferred.
