Professional Mover - Crew Lead

Qualifications:

- Be able to manage a moving crew of 2 to 10+ people

- Very good communication skills with both customers, coworkers, and the office

- Be able to problem solve when issues come up, including in high stress situations

- Dependable and show up on time every day

- Able to work well with others including getting along with many different types of personalities

- Drive a 26 ft box truck

- Know how to pack a box truck efficiently

- Has worked as a professional mover before

- Hard working and a good team member

Job Responsibilities:

You will be leading a moving crew of 2+ people each day (5-7 days a week). You will arrive at a specific address every morning to prepare the truck/equipment for the day. You will then go to the starting address where you will lead a crew to get the job done quickly and efficiently. You will need to communicate well with the customer and relay any issues the customer has to the office. There may be multiple jobs each day or you may need to go and help a crew finish a job. You may be on-call and will need to come in if asked while on-call.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
