Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and products
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services that meet client expectations
• Upsell retail products including nail care essentials, skincare items, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and usage while ensuring accurate retail math calculations
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that promotes client loyalty and repeat visits

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required
• Proven experience in performing professional nail treatments with a strong portfolio of nail art or design work preferred
• Knowledge of color theory for creating harmonious and eye-catching nail designs
• Familiarity with sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols in a salon setting
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
• Ability to perform multiple services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, barbering, and other beauty treatments is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel valued and comfortable
• Basic retail math skills for upselling products confidently without overselling or underestimating client needs
