Requirements

To be considered for placement opportunities, applicants must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Have current vehicle registration
• Have active vehicle insurance
• Be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• Have completed a physical examination within the past 12 months or be willing to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
• Have reliable transportation
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Pass all required screening and background check processes

Important Hiring Information

Please note that there is a placement process before employment begins. New caregivers do not start immediately after applying. Each caregiver must complete our onboarding process and be thoughtfully matched with a family before receiving an assignment.
