Opportunity for Infant Nanny in Boston (Somerville)

M-F Guaranteed 40 hours. The family has flexibility on which hours, so whatever works best for the candidate within reason (For example, you could work 9-5 or 8-4, etc, They need 40 hours of care, but are flexible regarding which hours).

Flexible start date sometime between June and September. Negotiable compensation and benefits with a targeted rate of $30+/hr, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate is a genuine, warm, loving and joyous career nanny who understands early childhood development and infant milestones. An aligned match will share similar views on raising children. The right fit will be someone who understands the importance of speaking to baby and the development of language. Applicants for this particular role should be experienced working with infants, non-smokers, CPR/First aid certified (willing to be up to date by your first day on the job), vaccinated (TDAP, Flu, Covid), be willing to go fragrance-free for work, and have legal authorization to work in the US. The most competitive applicants will have 5+ years of professional nanny experience, speak a second language (bonus points if you can expose the children to Spanish, French, or Italian), and have a bachelors degree.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
