Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Professional Painter to bring vibrant, lasting finishes to residential, commercial, and industrial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings with precision, and ensuring high-quality results that enhance the aesthetic and durability of various structures. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming)
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Match colors and finishes according to specifications
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking materials
- Repair drywall and perform minor carpentry work as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition• Follow safety procedures
- and company standards at all times
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
- Travel to various residential and commercial job sites
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting with knowledge of color theory for achieving desired aesthetic effects.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Strong background in construction painting across commercial or industrial settings with at least basic math skills for measurements and estimations.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as caulking guns, plastering tools, spray rig.
- Experience with surface preparation techniques including sanding, plastering (stucco), caulking (caulking).
- Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites to ensure compliance during all phases of work.
- Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (commercial and residential

- Valid driver’s license
