Professional Photo & Video Editor (Real Estate & Marketing)

Senior Real Estate Photo & Video Editor (Portfolio Required)

The Adam Olsen Team and The Commercial Professionals are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Photo & Video Editor to join our marketing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands professional real estate photography and videography workflows and can immediately step into production without extensive training. Training will be provided on our internal workflows and systems.

The ideal candidate must be capable of independently editing high-volume real estate content, including HDR photography, drone footage, property tours, agent branding videos, interviews, social media reels, YouTube content, and commercial real estate marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Edit and blend 3-exposure HDR real estate photography using Lightroom, Photoshop, or your system of choice.
• Color correct, straighten, enhance, and prepare listing photos for MLS, websites, social media, and print marketing.
• Edit property tours, drone footage, interviews, testimonials, podcasts, and marketing videos.
• Synchronize and edit footage recorded from multiple cameras and multiple microphones.
• Clean and enhance audio quality, balance levels, reduce noise, and deliver professional-quality sound.
• Create social media reels, short-form videos, and YouTube content.
• Add graphics, transitions, captions, logos, music, and branding elements.
• Organize and manage large volumes of media assets and maintain efficient file structures.
• Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional photo and video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Proven experience editing 3-exposure HDR real estate photography.
• Proven experience editing videos using multiple audio sources and microphones.
• Strong understanding of color correction, color grading, and audio processing.
• Experience editing drone footage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reliable internet and computer system capable of handling large video files.
• Portfolio required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate marketing experience.
• Commercial real estate marketing experience.
• Adobe After Effects experience.
• Graphic design experience.
• Photography or videography background.

Important

This position requires prior experience with professional real estate photography and video editing workflows. There is little to no training available for this role. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their experience with HDR photo editing, audio editing, and video production through a portfolio and sample projects.

Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio quality.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
