ESR is a fast-growing extreme sports brand built around raw energy, fearless riders, and next-level content. From dirt tracks to city streets, we capture the culture, the lifestyle, and the moments that define action sports.

We’re looking for a hungry, creative shooter who can keep up with the pace and deliver content that hits just as hard as the riders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capture high-impact photo + video content at motocross tracks, skate parks, BMX events, and street sessions
• Film and photograph live competitions, rider features, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Create cinematic edits, highlight reels, and viral social media content (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube)
• Work directly with ESR riders, influencers, and sponsors (Monster Energy–style branding)
• Travel to events, shoots, and pop-ups across different states
• Shoot in high-speed, unpredictable environments (dirt, jumps, ramps, night sessions)
• Maintain and operate professional camera, drone, and audio equipment

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of action sports photography/videography (MUST HAVE)
• Ability to capture fast motion with precision and creativity
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut
• Lightroom / Photoshop
• Color grading + motion editing
• Experience using:
• DSLR / Mirrorless cameras
• Gimbals, drones, and stabilizers
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Bonus Points

• Drone license (FAA Part 107)
• Experience working with extreme sports brands or athletes
• Strong understanding of social media trends & viral content
• Familiarity with Monster Energy-style branding and sponsor integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with sponsored athletes or major brands
• Drone certification (FAA Part 107)
• Experience shooting for social media platforms and viral content
• Understanding of extreme sports culture and community

Pay: From $47,550.00 per year
