1099 Real Estate Photographer – Contract Position (AWP Real Estate Media)

AWP Real Estate Media is seeking a skilled and dependable contract (1099) real estate photographer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for photographers who take pride in delivering clean, consistent, high-end imagery and can represent our brand professionally in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality interior and exterior images of residential (and occasional commercial) properties
• Follow AWP’s shot lists, composition standards, and brand style guidelines
• Arrive on time and communicate professionally with agents and homeowners
• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and exposure on-site
• Deliver bracketed/RAW images promptly after each shoot (same-day or next-day turnaround expected)
• Maintain a professional appearance and client experience at every shoot

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Full-frame camera required (no crop sensor bodies)
• Wide-angle lens (typically 14–24mm or similar range)
• Tripod and ability to shoot bracketed exposures (HDR)
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to various shoot locations
• Ability to follow a consistent shooting style and take direction

Preferred (Not Required, But a Plus):

• Strong understanding of real estate photography techniques (composition, verticals, lighting)
• Real estate photography experience
• FAA Part 107 drone license
• Experience shooting video or social media content (Reels, walkthroughs, etc.)
• Familiarity with Lightroom/Photoshop (if editing is part of your workflow)

Compensation:

• Paid per shoot (rates based on property size, services, and experience)
• Independent contractor (1099) position
• Flexible schedule based on your availability and company demand
